It is but ordinary to scrutinize a product that is new to the consumer market. This is the reason as to why you might be seeing tons of Proactol reviews popping up left and right like mushrooms after a good night’s rain.

But how can one confirm the veracity of these reviews? How can a consumer be sure that what he or she is reading is non biased? And most importantly, how can one be sure that the product actually works? It all boils down to one word, “Facts”.

In this article, I will try to veer from the usual Proactol reviews that you might stumble upon on the internet. I will try to “inform” rather than just market this specific product even if I truly believe in its effectiveness.  And with all things said, let’s begin.

What is Proactol?

Proactol is a new 100% natural, clinically proven product in the North American market which helps its users lose unwanted weight aside from lowering the level of their blood cholesterol.

It is an organic fiber complex processed from dehydrated cactus leaves. This product attacks the problem of weight loss in two ways using soluble and non soluble fibers.

Soluble Fibers

The soluble fibers in Proactrol trick the brain into thinking that the user is already full. The user feels the sensation of being full after taking the product. It’s a simple idea actually, “how can you eat if you don’t feel like eating?” This is not just effective for people who want to lose a few unwanted pounds, but even for people who want to keep their figure.

Non Soluble Fibers

Non soluble fibers inside Proactrol work in a more complicated way. What it does is to coat fatty food in an outer layer of gel. This gel can be somewhat compared to the protection one applies to a surface to keep water out. This protective gel locks the fat content inside and does not allow it to be absorbed by the body. Although not every fat content ingested is coated by this protective gel, Proactol makes sure that only a small fraction does get absorbed. So to put it simply, no matter how much fatty food you ingest, your body only gets to absorb only a fraction of the fat.

With all things said, your next question I think is, “does it work?”

The first time I got to try Poactol was when a friend gave it to me as a gift. During that time, I only took it as a blood cholesterol supplement, so I wasn’t really paying attention at its weight loss prowess. But when my husband started using it, that’s when I saw how effective it was. My husband is one of those men that let himself go.

Though he was not all muscles, he used to be very active when it comes to sports. But when we got married, and after 3 lovely kids, that’s when he started to “inflate”. From a decent sized body, he ballooned into something that rivals Santa Claus in under a couple of years.

If it wasn’t for the teasing remarks he got from his former biking buddies, and of course from me, I think he would have never noticed that he was starting to become a little Michelin man. I actually rediscovered Proactol through him. When he started using it, the first thing I noticed was that he was eating less. What I mean by less is no food between meals.

He did still have a healthy appetite during regular meals, but it seems that rather than getting bigger, he slightly lost a few pounds. After a couple of months, that’s where I started to notice the actual weight loss. And though his physique is still not the same as the first time I met him, he is slowly inching his way back to it.

So as far as the question of Proactol being effective, I can truly attest that it worked for my husband. I know that the “fact” I mentioned about earlier is really not 100% established by my little story, but it is only one of many out there.

Though I was not the one who experienced the magic of this product, it indirectly affected me through my husband. And though this eventually ended like one of many Proactol reviews out there, I hope that I have provided you with what I initially intended to do. And that is to share with you my experience about this wonderful product.
